Meeting new people and helping them understand their HVAC system and how it works.

What does it feel like to solve a problem for someone?
It’s very satisfying knowing you just helped someone enjoy their home more by making it comfortable.
What are your areas of expertise?
Geothermal and retrofitting systems into older homes.
Where did you learn your trade? How long have you been in the trade?
I started in the field, installing new HVAC systems for new homes, mostly installing heat pumps, gas furnaces and geothermal systems. Later I got into the sales and designing systems for residential homes and later worked for a distributor of geothermal products where I helped contractors design and sell geothermal systems. I’ve been in the trade for 27 years.
Tell us about your background or family. Partners, kids, etc.
I grew up in Lititz and went to Warwick High School and now I live in Willow Street with my wife Teresa and our two children, Courtney and Kyle.
Do you have any pets?
We have two German Shorthair pointers named Tucker and Timber
Where’s your favorite place to go out to eat?
Schaefer’s Canal House and Woody’s
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
I love to spend time and hunting with my family and friends at our cabin in Clearfield county. My wife and I also enjoy taking trips on our motorcycle with friends finding great places to stop and eat
What is something people might be surprised to know about you?
It’s a secret and I don’t want to surprise people.
